  • We accept both Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network. BCBS and BCN provide a fee schedule and sets a rate for services that are predetermined by your unique insurance plan. We can work together so you understand your insurance coverage prior to your first session. Additionally, you may be eligible to use your out-of-network benefits and receive partial or full coverage for the fee. Appointments will ordinarily be 50-55 minutes in duration and pay rates range from $150-200 per session.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, our policy is to collect a no-show/late cancellation fee of the cost of the full session. It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for canceled sessions; thus, you will be responsible for the late cancellation fee. If it is possible, we will try to find another time to reschedule the appointment. In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are more than 10 minutes late we will not be able to hold the session and you will be charged as a no show, and will be responsible for the no show fee. All no show and late cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.

  • Your body wants closure. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapy modality that works to shift how our memories are stored in the brain, working to bring your mind and body the closure it needs and deserves. EMDR enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. When our memories are moved to places that are more efficient and less activating, we generally see a reduction in distressing symptoms and learn new things about ourselves and the world.
