About Kathryn Therapist

As a therapist my job is to meet you precisely where you are, to listen to where you’ve been, and to process the emotions you feel. I believe in bridging the gap between evidenced-based research and actual clinical practice and it starts here with an honest and authentic partnership. The work we’ll do together will be crafted specifically for you: sometimes lighthearted, other times deep-seated, but always growth oriented.

Relationships and connection are the root of the work I do both inside and outside of the office. You’ll find me laughing with, chasing, and snuggling my four feisty daughters and husband, baking (read: eating raw cookie dough), or meeting up with friends. To recharge, I love to find cozy coffee shops where I can immerse myself in one of the many books I am reading at any given moment.

If you’ve known grief or trauma, parenting stress or anxiety, difficulty with a life transition or just feel stuck, I want to work alongside you. Together we’ll navigate towards healing, and empower you with the belief in yourself to choose a meaningful way forward.

About Brooke Therapist

My name is Brooke and of the many roles I hold, being a therapist is one of my most treasured. I would be honored to sit with you, hear your story and help you navigate life’s highs and lows in whatever way feels best for YOU. I have a multidimensional approach that incorporates relational, humanistic, evidence-based, and whole-person practices. Together we will create unique goals that feel right for you, as each person deserves tailored care and support, there’s no “one size fits all” here!

Sometimes I will be your cheerleader and sometimes I will be your coach, cheering you on and also confronting blind spots and cycles. Rooted in personal experiences and professional certifications, I have a special interest in trauma, birth trauma, grief and loss through both in-person and online therapy.

In addition to the role of therapist, I am also a wife to my high school sweetheart (corny, I know), and I have the pleasure of parenting two feisty boys and a new baby girl. I have had the honor and pain of being a foster mom, an adoptive mom, a miscarriage mom, and a stillbirth mom. My complicated relationship with motherhood has helped me become a better therapist, friend, and overall person.

If you see me outside of the office and in the wild, it will likely be at a coffee shop or somewhere with tacos. In those rare moments of time to myself I enjoy cooking, wandering stores, dabbling in interior design, and spending time with friends.

Together we will create unique goals that feel right for you, as each person deserves tailored care and support, there’s no “one size fits all” here!

Amanda Ducharme

MA, MBA, LPC

I have been a stay-at-home mom, a full-time working parent, and everything in between. So whether you are in slippers or high heels, I have some experience walking in your shoes. My therapeutic approach is relational, evidenced-based, and deeply rooted in the transformative power of human connection. My practice brings together knowledge in the areas of perinatal mental health, conscious parenting, and relational wellness to support individuals and couples to create a sense of calm, confidence, and connection within themselves and their families.

I am in the trenches with you. I am a wife of 10 years, and a mother of two wonderful kiddos who keep my hands busy, my heart proud, and my commitment to honest and humble parenting unwavering. Outside of our session, you can find me swinging on the golf course, stretching on the yoga mat, or snuggling on the couch under a Britney Spears blanket.

I don’t have all the answers, but I do have the training, education, and experience to support you as you navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and adjustments of all kinds. I am here to help you mindfully take one breath at a time while learning self-compassion and healing in a space that is both safe and tender.

Sometimes it can feel overwhelming to sit with your feelings - so let me sit with you!

Daniela About Image

I am a nationally certified professional counselor, a wife of 10 years, and a mother of two energetic young children. I focus most importantly on creating a safe space where a therapeutic alliance can flourish. I work to encourage and empower my clients to tap into their own strengths and insights in order to elicit self-awareness and growth.

My goal is to provide an empathetic and direct approach, to ensure that you feel seen, to challenge and support, and perhaps even add some lightheartedness along the way. Outside of the “chair” I enjoy spending time with friends, traveling and tasting new cuisine (as a self-proclaimed foodie and pasta-snob), and forcing my husband and kids to have fun.

My work with clients draws upon my experience in the corporate world, the counseling world, and the ever-evolving parenting world. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, adult individual counseling, and couples counseling. I utilize an integrated, customized, holistic, and evidence-based therapeutic approach in order to guide you in your healing process. Together, we will aim to move through anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health challenges, major life adjustments, grief and loss, and relationship conflict. With couples, I lean into the Gottman method, emotion focused, and solution focused therapy in order to help you communicate more effectively and increase connection. Building and securing healthy relationships is the foundation of my work, and I believe we can do this together. It is my honor and privilege to walk alongside you through your moments of pain, joy, self-awareness, and healing. You are not alone.

"As a fellow therapist I receive many calls from family and friends looking for referrals and the first place I refer to is DCC. Their therapists are warm and compassionate and very versed in their various areas of expertise. I am very confident entrusting them with the well-being of important people in my life."
